ZERO DISRESPECT POLICY

Disrespectful behavior towards the artist, by the client or the client’s guests, will NOT be tolerated. Please note that this occurs more often with adults than children.


VIOLATIONS INCLUDE

Yelling at the artist

Harassment

Aggressively impatient attitudes

Rude and inappropriate comments

Touching or damaging property

Parents' inability to control their kid(s)

Spitting


ZERO DISRESPECT POLICY TERMS

Once a violation occurs, service will stop. You, the client, will be notified and have one opportunity to address the situation and correct it.

If the violation is not corrected or if the violation reoccurs a second time, the contract will result in immediate termination with no refund. You fully agree and consent to this forfeiture. Your artist will then be allowed to end service and leave. You and your guests will not harass the artist at any point if he/she has to leave due to an uncorrected or reoccuring violation of this policy.


You, the client, must sign a physical copy of this policy at the party before service begins.

You will also receive a copy for your records.
