LIABILITY POLICY (Kids 2 and under) *

Balloons are only given to children ages 3 to 12. Balloons are a choking hazard for children ages 2 and under. Infants may not be allowed to receive balloons nor can parents accept on their behalf - no exceptions. Young children must have an adult present with them at all times. Client understands this policy and agrees to accept full responsibility for the liability of all of their guests.

ZERO DISRESPECT POLICY (please read) *

Disrespectful behavior towards the artist, by the guests or the host, will NOT be tolerated. Violations Include: • Yelling at the artist • Harassment • Aggressively impatient attitudes • Rude and inappropriate comments • Touching or damaging property • Parents' inability to control their kid(s) • Spitting Once a violation occurs, service will stop. You, the client, will be notified and have one opportunity to address the situation and correct it. If the violation is not corrected or if the violation reoccurs a second time, the contract will result in immediate termination with no refund. You fully agree and consent to this forfeiture. Your artist will then be allowed to end service and leave. You and your guests will not harass the artist at any point if he/she has to leave due to an uncorrected or reccuring violation of this policy. You will need to sign a hard copy of this policy at the party before service begins. You will also receive a copy for your records.
